4. No copyright or other intellectual property rights contained in this site, within its listings or advertisements shall pass to you under any circumstances. For your own use, you may download and store any downloadable content on the site for the purpose of viewing it and you may print a copy of that content. Without limitation, other than as described in this condition, you are not permitted to copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, archive, display or in any way commercially exploit the content contained within this site. Any information or data which you transmit to or by using JFind is done at your own risk and JFind shall not be responsible or liable for any damages or injury that may result from transmitting such information.

14. These terms and conditions do not limit any liability which is not permitted by applicable law.

Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that any illegal, unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable material or material that violates any party’s intellectual property or these conditions is not displayed, JFind will not be responsible should any such postings be put on view and reserves the right to remove any such material in its sole and absolute discretion.

16. You agree to indemnify us for any liability or damages we may suffer (including legal fees and other expenses) arising from your act(s) or omission(s).

17. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. JFind cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. JFind suggests that the password used for our service is different to any password(s) used for other services, such as, without limitation, internet or telephone banking.
