- Please only submit original articles written by you
- Please do not submit any articles that are commercial or advertorial in content
- Please do not include links to other websites in the body of your article
- Please do not submit any articles that are less than 150 words
- Please do not submit any articles that are more than 700 words
- Articles must not contain links to affiliate programmes/websites
- Articles should be informative (e.g. tips, strategies, techniques, opinions and commentary)
- Please do not submit press releases, advertisements, sales letters or promotional copy
- Please use correct grammar and sentence structure
- Articles must not contain adult material or be racially intolerant, violence-oriented, obscene, insulting or advocate against
any group or individual
- Articles must not contain any content that is a violation of any law or be defamatory, libellous,
or infringe on the legal rights of others
- Please do not submit the same article more than once (this includes articles where only a few words have been changed
from a previous submission)
- You may add ‘about the author’ information containing a link to your own website
- Please do not use HTML
We reserve the right to edit and not publish any article.
